Do you offer any discounts?
Once your business reaches 1 million a year in GMV you’ll be eligible for tiered discounts. Also, if you have a better deal somewhere else, reach out here and we’ll see what we can do.
Is there a contract term or minimum?
No way. You can use our platform as you please without concern of being locked in or subject to some minimum guarantee.
Who is responsible for sales tax, VAT and GST?
We are! This is one of many reasons to use our international ecommerce solutions. We calculate and collect the correct tax, file returns, and ensure compliance with jurisdictions. You can forget about this headache and risk once and for all.
Who handles customer support inquiries?
