How does ExpandNow pricing work?
Our pricing model is a percentage of each order. The percentage we take covers all costs for payment processing, tax management, fraud and all other services we provide.
Do you offer any discounts?
Once your business reaches 1 million a year in GMV you’ll be eligible for tiered discounts. Also, if you have a better deal somewhere else, reach out here and we’ll see what we can do.
Is there a contract term or minimum?
No way. You can use our platform as you please without concern of being locked in or subject to some minimum guarantee.
Who is responsible for sales tax, VAT and GST?
We are! This is one of many reasons to use our platform. We will calculate and collect the correct tax, file returns and stay compliant with jurisdictions. You can forget about this headache and risk once and for all.
Who handles customer support inquiries?
You—unless you need our help with something. Your customers don’t want a confusing experience with some other company. Our tools make it easy for you to issue refunds, etc. directly so you can provide your customers the same branded, personalized experience you give them before they buy from you.
Will I ever pay more than 5% per order?
Probably not. If you sell low priced products your fee may exceed 5%. Currency conversion may be applied to your payouts if you want payouts converted, but you can offset this in your product pricing configuration.
